Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition with all included accessories (nozzles and charging cable). To start a return, email us at wedzeman@gmail.com with your order number — we'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please include a photo of any damaged item to speed things up.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full.
